Octoplus jtag pro corrupted my box!

I downloaded JTAG pro today and opened the file and followed the directions as prompted. Once I updated my box's firmware, it became USELESS. Now, I cannot open any OCTOPLUS application! Not Octopus LG or Samsung. IT'S GIVING ME AN ERROR INDICATING THAT MY BOX'S FIRMWARE IS NOT SUPPORTED BUT IT WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE I UPDATED THE BOX! Please help! This box is needed for my company and without it I won't be able to do ANY business? How can I downgrade my box back to the prior software? JTAG Pro updated the firmware on the Box and now I cannot open any Octoplus applications !

 

i have the latest software! I had it prior to downloading the JTAG PRO!

UPDATE: OK! Figured it out! My Octopus Suite was indicating that I had the latest software, little did I know that there was a new version out! Sorry about that! (Solved)
