My Friend The Above Posted Screenshots Are Not Virus/Malware Apps They Are Normal Apps Like Other.... If U Still Not Get Any Idea Try This.... As You Said After Flash Also Same This Is Not Happen Generally On S/W Issue But Anyway I Advice You TO Check Application List On Setting If You Found Something Suspicious Post Image With App Name...
Also Check WiFi ID Ok Or Not... Open Handset N Check For Water Trace Or IC Ok Or Not Try Replace With New One As I Think H/W Issue... :-)
