TOOLS:

• GPGDRAGON
• CA101 usb cable(5130c)

PROCEDURE:

• Open GPG_Dragon Ver_3.20A GUI
• tick "CheckBOX"
• Select "Spreadtrum" tab
• in "Mobile Option" tick "6820_Andriod"
• uncheck "Scan Pinout"
• tick "Readflash"
• then "Start"
• phone must be powered off..Press and hold Volume up & Volume down
• then connect usb cable
• here's my screen shot...
  
• then after backing up the phone
• disconnect usb cable and remove battery and put it back again
• then on GUI tick "Format"
• on "Use Option"
  
  • check only "Format_UserData"
• then tick "Start"
• phone must be powered off..Press and hold Volume up & Volume down
• then connect usb cable again
• wait till finished..
